How to enroll in a course

​ How to enroll in a course:
 

1. Purchase the desired course.
2. Go to the “My Courses” section on your dashboard.
3. The course will be automatically enrolled and ready for you to start.

How does course progress work?

1. Your progress is automatically calculated as you study.
2. The system tracks the topics and sections you complete.
3. For example, if you complete 5 sections out of 10, your progress will show as 50%.

This helps you stay on track and monitor your learning effectively.

What if my course time expires?

No need to worry! You can easily renew your course by clicking the “Renew” button to regain access and continue your learning journey.

How can I start the final exam and view the results?

1. Go to the “Final Exam” section under your course content.
2. You’ll see a list of previously attempted exams and a “Start/Retake Exam” button. Click this to begin or retake the exam.

       3. The list also shows details such as:

• Exam timing

• Time is taken for each attempt

• Grades achieved

• A "View Details" button for further insights.

This setup ensures you can track your progress and improve with each attempt.

How can I view the final exam result details?

After completing an exam, you can access detailed results, including:

• Start time of the exam.

• Total time taken to complete the exam.

• Your achieved grade and the passing grade.

• Number of questions attempted.

• Count of correct and incorrect answers.

What happens if the exam timer runs out?

• The exam will be automatically submitted once the timer expires.

• This is clearly stated in the exam instructions.

• You must complete the exam within the allotted time.

• Ensure to manage your time effectively to answer all questions before the timer ends.

• No additional time will be granted once the timer reaches zero.

• Review your answers promptly if you're nearing the time limit.

What if I have to leave the exam in between?

• It is recommended to complete the exam in one go for a better experience.

• If you must leave, you are required to submit the exam.

• To exit, click the "Submit" button on the screen to finalize your answers.

What if I move to another page during the exam?

• It’s recommended to complete the exam in one go without breaks for a smoother experience.

• If you leave the exam page while it's in progress and time is still remaining, you’ll see a notification with an option to “Continue Exam.”

• Clicking “Continue Exam” will redirect you back to the exam page.

• You can then resume the exam or start from the beginning.

• "Resume Previous Exam" is available only if there is remaining time. If time has expired, the exam will auto-close and the results will be generated.

How many times can I take the final exam?

You can take the final exam as many times as needed to practice and improve your skills. This flexibility is designed to support your success and help you feel fully prepared. Keep up the great work!
